Deepen your practice with this profound healing and self-development system created by Dr Rose Erin Vaughan, with guest teacher Alena Wertalik.
This intensive is for all levels with Advanced Variations offered!

Example Daily Schedule:
10-11am: Pranayama, Purification and Mantra
11:15am-12:45pm: Vinyasa + Yin Yoga Class
1-2pm: Philosphy, Tantra, Meditation
2-3pm: Lunch
3-5pm: Energy Anatomy and Acupressure
5:30 to 7pm: Extreme Yin Yoga Class and Meridian Circuit Meditation -
These hours can be applied towards any of our teacher training certifications
(200-Hr or Advanced Teacher Certification)
or towards Yoga Alliance CE hours.
This Training will be:
June 14th-15th and 21st-23rd at Spirit Lab Yoga
Cost of Training*:
Total cost of tuition (including deposit) before 5/15/25: $900
