Every class offers two options so yoga stays accessible for all:
- $12 Community Class — Select “$12 Community Class” when booking. No questions — just community.
- $25 Drop-In Rate — If you’re able to pay full price, your support helps keep yoga affordable for everyone.
All Spirit Lab Yoga Studio memberships (39th St) are valid here, too.

Do I need to be in a teacher training to take classes?
No — classes are open to everyone. Some are co-taught with teachers in training, which adds a unique energy to the room.
What’s the difference between the School and the Studio?
The 39th St Studio is our main hub with specialty classes, showers, and a cold plunge room. The 38th St School is our community space focused on accessibility and mentorship. Your Studio membership works at both.
How do I book a $12 class?
When booking, choose “$12 Community Class” at checkout. If you can pay $25, that helps keep yoga accessible for all.
Can I use my Studio membership here?
Yes — all Spirit Lab Yoga Studio memberships include access to classes at the School.
