Our Class Offerings

  • Hot Vinyasa Yoga

    85-95 degrees. 60-75 minutes. All levels.

    Feel fully and breathe deeply as you link up breath, body, and movement with this grounding flow. These challenging open level classes link postures with breath. Each class contains five essential categories of asana – standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions. You can expect to work hard, sweat and explore new possibilities for your body and mind. Open to all levels.

  • Traditional Hot Yoga (Bikram)

    105 degrees. 60-90 minutes. All levels.

    Traditional Hot Yoga is a therapeutic style of Hatha Yoga from northern India consisting of 26 poses and two breathing exercises. Rather than flowing through poses like in Vinyasa, you spend time in these poses, holding each for up to one minute. The beauty of this yoga is that it can be practiced by anyone--it’s safe for beginners and challenging for all. In the same class, you will find teenagers, professional athletes and seniors. As you increase strength, flexibility and balance in your body, you will be energized, revitalize your mind, and progress towards eliminating conditions of daily stress and fatigue.

  • Burn LAB Pilates

    85-95 degrees. 50 minutes. All Levels

    Burn LAB (Legs, Abs/Arms, Butt) will stress your body’s different energy systems and address common physical imbalances due to modern lifestyles using Pilates principles and HIIT. You can expect a fun total body workout that includes active muscle engagement, vigorous movement, and bursts of high intensity exercises and metabolic rollercoasters. The class will end with guided stretching and short meditation.

    Burn LAB Plus+ incorporates hand weights, which are provided by the studio.

  • Hot Yin Yoga

    85-95 degrees. 60 minutes. All levels.

    Dive deep into select postures and into your inner world with a gentle warm up, meridian stretching and a few long holds. These classes focus on Heart or Hip opening. Open to all levels.

  • Master Class

    Unheated. 90-120 minutes (will say on schedule). Intermediate/Advanced.

    A vigorous vinyasa sequence that is a complete practice. The sequence includes arm meridian stretching, vinyasa flow variations, strength building, opportunities for inversions, and time to travel deeper into traditional postures, backbending, forward folding and more. The journey within is the practice.

  • Rocket Vinyasa Yoga

    Unheated. 75-90 minutes. Intermediate/Advanced.

    Rocket yoga is a sequence of postures based on the traditional Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate series. This sequence is full of back bends, spinals twists, and has a lot of opportunities for inversions and arm balances that keep the energy high and encourage students to connect to their inner power. This is a all level practice that offers modifications for beginners and challenging variations for advanced practitioners.

  • Traditional Hot L2

    90-100 degrees. 90 minutes. Intermediate/Advanced.

    This class follows the 26+2 Bikram tradition using drills to improve the beginner postures and explore postures from the advanced series.

  • Meridian Yoga Therapy

    Unheated. 60 minutes. All levels.

    MYT is a therapeutic hatha-yoga based sequence that is an opportunity to embody the meridians and learn self acupressure points within a traditional asana practice. This class is accessible and open to all levels, relaxing and refreshing

    Practice Traditional Hot or Hot Vinyasa for only $12 in one of our Community Classes! Choose the “$12 Community Class” option when you book online. If you have an unlimited package, you can also book these classes with it.
