100 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training

Deepen your Asana practice…
Break down a Spirit Lab Vinyasa Flow sequence pose-by-pose through posture clinics and experience how they fit together as a whole through daily classes. Embody and retain the material through practical application and weekly assignments. Learn posture mechanics through understanding foundational yogic anatomy and physiology.
And take as many classes as you would like during the training! Your tuition includes unlimited Traditional Hot, Hot Vinyasa, and Burn LAB Pilates classes during the training.
…as well as your experience of yoga overall…
Deepen your experience of the asanas by learning deeper variations. Broaden your understanding of subtle anatomy and the Chakric system. Practice yogic techniques like the kriyas. Learn about the history and philosophy of yoga.
…and help others do the same!
If you want to be able to teach this practice, we are committed to giving you all the tools you need to do so successfully. We will do teaching clinics where you will learn how to craft your own dialogue, ways to serve individuals through different kinds of adjustments, and how to address a class as a whole. Additionally, by observing, adjusting, and teaching live-classes, you will learn to use your own presence and self-awareness as a teaching tool. While everyone progresses at their own pace, if you want to teach a Vinyasa class, we are committed to making it happen!
Cost of Training:
Total cost of tuition (including deposit) before 12/15/25: $1720 (20% off tuition!)
Total cost of tuition (including deposit) before 1/15/25: $1825 (15% off tuition!)
Total cost of tuition (including deposit) before 2/15/25: $1935 (10% off tuition!)
Total cost of tuition (including deposit) after 2/15/25: $2150
Other tuition options:
If you already completed the 100hr Traditional Hot Training: $1500
If you are already 200hr Certified: $1250
If you want to repeat this training: $800
*$500 deposit due with application. If you are not accepted into the training, you will be refunded the deposit amount. Once you hit “submit” you will be re-directed to the page to pay the deposit.

These 100 hours can be combined with other offerings to complete a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification. These offerings are updated regularly. Current trainings you can use for additional hours include:
