Example Daily Schedule:
10-11am: Pranayama, Purification and Mantra
11:15am-12:45pm: Vinyasa + Yin Yoga Class
1-2pm: Philosphy, Tantra, Meditation
2-3pm: Lunch
3-5pm: Energy Anatomy and Acupressure
5:30 to 7pm: Extreme Yin Yoga Class and Meridian Circuit Meditation -
These hours can be applied towards any of our teacher training certifications
(200-Hr or Advanced Teacher Certification)
or towards Yoga Alliance CE hours.
Cost of Training*:
Total cost of tuition (including deposit) before 4/15/26: $1720 (20% off tuition!)
Total cost of tuition (including deposit) before 5/1/26: $1825 (15% off tuition!)
Total cost of tuition (including deposit) after 5/1/26: $2150
