    Our teachers are also trained in breathing, meditation, and concentration techniques to help manage anxiety and stress. We can offer sessions that include guided self acupressure to help manage stress and pain patterns, as well as staff self care and burnout prevention.

    We have two beautiful spaces walking distance from Times Square - a perfect place to host your own workshop or event, or view an NYC parade with a view of 6th avenue!

    Learn ways to unlock your body's potential to work more efficiently, perform better and heal itself. This workshop with Quenton can be done at the studio or brought to you!

  • Personal Training with Q.

    Book personal training sessions with Quenton. Q is a RYT500 and certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He places special importance on corrective exercise and injury prevention. During his 20+ year career has had the pleasure of working with a huge range of people from elite level athletes to rehabilitating patients in therapeutic settings.
