Join us for a 5 Day, 5 Night Yoga Experience in Toledo, Belize

Escape to the serene beauty of Toledo, Belize for a yoga retreat nestled amidst lush tropical landscapes and pristine Caribbean shores. Immerse yourself in daily yoga, breathwork, and ice baths; explore the vibrant Belizean culture; indulge in nourishing local foods; and unwind with holistic wellness practices, all against the backdrop of Toledo's natural splendor. Whether you seek relaxation, spiritual growth, or simply a blissful getaway, our retreat in Toledo offers a sanctuary for holistic healing and self-discovery.
To keep this experience intimate and to ensure everyone gets the most out of every opportunity, we are limiting this retreat to 12 people.
In addition to multiple opportunities for Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Ice Baths as well as 3 meals/day and lodging, we will also offer opportunities to immerse yourself in Belizean culture each day:
Day One: Arrive and Orientation
Blue Hole National Park and arrive at Blue Belize
Day Two: Historical Foundation and the Living Maya
Chocolate Making & Lubantuun Mayan Site Tours
Day Three: Ocean Medicine
Boat trip to Sapodilla Marine Reserve and surrounding cayes for snorkeling and swimming
Cave spelunking; Blue Creek village with a licensed tour guide and bush doctor; Boat trip on the Rio Grande to Copal Tree Lodge

We will be staying at the Blue Belize Boutique Bed & Breakfast, which offers a superb view of the Caribbean Sea and nearby Guatemala.
Two of the suites accommodate 5 people each. Each has a bedroom with a large bed, a bedroom with two smaller beds, and a couch in the living room that converts into a double bed. Each suite also has a full kitchenette and private veranda with hammocks, tables and chairs.
Another suite accommodates 3 people, with a bedroom that has a Queen and a single bed in it, as well as a kitchenette and veranda.
The last suite accommodates 2 people, with a bedroom with a Queen bed, as well as a kitchenette and veranda.
All rooms have Wi-Fi.

There will be opportunities to practice yoga at our home base Mango Meditation Healing Arts Center and on a large deck at our hotel, as well as at all the places we will visit - national parks, beaches, ruins, pavillions etc! All ice baths will be done at Mango Meditation.

Airfare to Belize City Airport.
We have secured transportation for everyone from Belize City to Toledo! The plan is to depart from the airport by 3pm on May 14th, so please plan to arrive before then.
